Topic: Living in Heavenly Places

” But God who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus”

Today’s Message:
The concept of heavenly places in Christ Jesus is not a geographical location. It is a spiritual reality that determines your life’s outcome. There are two realms from which men live: earthly places and heavenly places. Those who live in heavenly places rule as princes and operate as powers that govern what happens in the earth realm.

Ephesians 2:6 declares a finished reality: God “made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” This is not a future promise but a present position. The believer has been raised, seated, and positioned with Christ. This seat is one of authority, rest, and governmental influence. From this place, the believer does not respond to earthly pressures but rules over them.

Believers have been called to live above the earth realm, to sit with Christ in heavenly places and bring order and alignment on the earth by speaking what heaven is saying. This is done in the place of prayer. Prayer is not begging. Prayer is the enforcement of heavenly decrees upon earthly circumstances. It is the voice of one seated with Christ, declaring what has already been established in the courts of heaven.

This is how you live the heavenly life you have received. Once you walk in this realm, you will not be a victim of the corruption that is in this earthly realm. Second Peter 1:4 confirms that through God’s exceeding great and precious promises, we have escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. Escape is not by running but by elevation. When you live above, earthly decay can not reach you.

When you live in and from the heavenly places in Christ, you submit your life’s course to His authority. You will not wake up and make decisions outside of His guidance. Every step becomes intentional. Every choice becomes surrendered. Your life ceases to be random and becomes heaven-directed.
This is not being restricted. This is alignment. Your mind must dwell where your position already is.

It is a terrible thing for a man to live a life that heaven is not reckoning with. There are lives being lived today that carry no heavenly record, no divine acknowledgment, no eternal significance. But beloved, you were not created for earthly irrelevance. You were raised to sit. You were positioned to rule. You were called to speak from above into the earth.

This Year of the Word, refuse to live beneath your spiritual rank. Take your seat. Align your thoughts. Submit your decisions. Speak from heaven’s throne room. Let your life be one that heaven recognizes and earth responds to.

Prayer:
Father, I thank You for raising me up and seating me with Christ in heavenly places. I refuse to live beneath my spiritual position. Teach me to pray from my seat of authority and to speak what heaven is saying. Let my life reflect heavenly order and let every decision I make align with Your will, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Declaration:
I am seated with Christ in heavenly places.
I do not live as a victim of earthly corruption.
My life is governed by heaven’s authority.
I speak from above and bring divine order to the earth.
Heaven recognizes my life and earth responds to my voice.
