Power, Mercy, and the Word: Entering Divine Seasons

DAY 1 – Power: The Requirement for Seasons

Scripture Reading:
Acts.1.8 – But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Key Thought:
Seasons are not entered by desire but by power.

Devotional:
Times and Seasons are with God and preserved by his power. If you know that, then you will know that every year, such as 2026 is with God.

The clear meaning of that is that nobody enters into any year by mere physical living and following the Gregorian calender. Years are accessed by coming to God and interfacing with His power.

These scriptures butress the point that times and seasons are “with” God, they exist in Him and under His custody: Job 14:5 – “Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee…”

Psalm 31:15 – also shows that “My times are in thy hand…”

Jesus categorically revealed this mystery to his disciples that Times and Seasons are kept in the power of God. See Acts 1:7 – “…the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.”

Jesus clearly showed that only a people of power can step into God-ordained seasons. There are spiritual boundaries that cannot be crossed without power, and there are divine doors that will not open without spiritual capacity.

Power is not assumed; it is obtained. Jesus instructed His disciples to wait until they were endued with power from on high. This shows us that the journey of destiny demands divine empowerment. Without power, purpose is delayed, and seasons are missed.

Prayer:
Lord, endue me with power to enter my seasons in life. I humbly receive the force of the spirit to enter into this year 2026 in Jesus Name, Amen.

Declaration:
I receive divine power to step into my ordained seasons.
